Why monsoon skin behaves differently
Humidity keeps sweat and sebum sitting on the surface instead of evaporating. Pores clog faster, makeup slides, and the same routine that worked in winter suddenly feels heavy. The fix is lighter textures, not more products.
The four steps
Cleanse twice a day with a gel or foaming face wash. Tone with something alcohol-free to bring pH back down. Moisturise with a gel-based formula — skipping moisturiser makes oily skin produce more oil, not less. Finish with a matte SPF 30 every morning; cloud cover does not block UVA.
Twice a month, not twice a week
Over-exfoliating is the most common monsoon mistake we see. A mild scrub or a salicylic clean-up twice a month is plenty. If you are getting fresh breakouts along the jaw, come in for a clean-up rather than picking at them at home.
What is worth booking
A classic clean-up at ₹600 every three to four weeks handles congestion. If tone looks uneven by the end of the season, an anti-tan sitting at ₹1,600 in September resets things before the festival months. Message us and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
